Network setup for offices and practices in Vienna

We plan and install the network in your office or practice: cabling, Wi-Fi, router and firewall. Guests, staff and devices such as printers or practice PCs get separate networks, and you receive documentation that anyone else could pick up from.

Who it is for

  • Medical practices where practice software, printers and guest Wi-Fi should be kept cleanly apart
  • Offices that are moving, growing or want to tidy up a network that grew over time
  • Clinics and businesses across several rooms or floors where the Wi-Fi does not reach everywhere

How it runs

  1. On-site survey: the rooms, the devices and cables already there, and what does not work day to day.

  2. Plan: which networks there will be, where access points go and which devices you need, in writing, before anything is bought.

  3. Installation: cabling, setting up the router, firewall and Wi-Fi, and a test in every room.

  4. Handover: documentation with a network plan and a device list, and a briefing for the person responsible on your side.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work with the hardware we already have?
Often, yes. During the survey we check which devices still receive security updates and can stay in use, and recommend replacements only where they are needed.
Why separate networks for guests and devices?
So that a guest on the Wi-Fi sees neither your practice PCs nor your printers or servers. Separate networks also limit how far a problem on one device can spread.
What do we have in hand at the end?
Documentation with the network plan, device list and configuration, so that another provider could take over at any time.
