What it does
- AI catalog
- Describe your catalog in your own words and add photos and a logo. The AI proposes six cover directions; once you pick one, it plans and builds the remaining pages.
- Your facts stay yours
- Layora keeps product names, prices and original photos exactly as you supply them. Missing information is marked as a draft, not invented.
- Review of the finished pages
- An AI step reviews the rendered pages and only moves or resizes elements, never text or facts. Every repair can be undone.
- Editor in the browser
- Edit pages, layers, text, images and brand colours, with autosave, undo and redo.
- 38 templates
- Templates for menus, hotels, real estate, lookbooks and annual reports, among others; you can save templates of your own.
- Import and images
- Import content as CSV or JSON. Upload images, search Unsplash or generate them with AI.
- PDF export
- A vector PDF with clickable navigation inside the document.
- Two languages
- Interface in German and English.
What it deliberately doesn’t do
- Never changes the prices or product names you supply
How it’s built
React 18 and TypeScript with Vite, with the editor built on Fabric.js; a Node.js 22 backend with Express 5 and SQLite. PDFs are made with PDFKit and pdf-lib, and pages are rendered with Playwright. In the default configuration, Anthropic’s Claude models plan, write and review, and OpenAI generates the images. Billing runs on Stripe.
