Mailinizer – the app that sorts your email
Mailinizer connects the Gmail, Outlook and IMAP mailboxes you already use, files every new email into a category and writes a daily briefing. It deletes nothing on its own, and you choose during setup whether AI processing runs.

Daily briefing
At the hour you choose: the replies you still owe, upcoming deadlines and what arrived overnight.
What it does
- Connect your mailboxes
- Gmail and Outlook over OAuth, so the app never sees those passwords. Other IMAP accounts such as Yahoo, iCloud or Fastmail with an app password. No forwarding, no new address.
- AI sorting
- Every new email gets a category, such as “Invoices & Receipts” or “Primary”. Sorting means labelling: the app adds labels and deletes no message.
- Daily briefing
- At the hour you choose: the replies you still owe, upcoming deadlines and what arrived overnight. On the Pro plan and during the trial.
- Unsubscribing, automatic if you choose
- The app proposes unsubscribing from newsletters. When you tap, the request goes out at once. If you switch on automatic unsubscribing, the app waits 60 seconds before each automatic unsubscribe, and until then you can undo it. Every unsubscribe is logged.
- Rules without AI
- Your own rules label, categorize, star, mark as read or archive new email automatically, for example “sender contains billing → Invoices & Receipts”. They run even with AI processing switched off.
- Summaries and writing help
- An AI summary of a single email, with action items. While writing: refine, shorten, expand, translate or fix the grammar; nothing is sent until you tap Send.
- Files
- Attachments from every connected mailbox in one place: search by file name, filter by sender and type, sort by date or size.
- AI processing, disclosed
- With AI processing on, the sender, subject, up to about 3,000 characters of the body, and attachment names and types go to the AI providers OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. With it off, only your rules sort.
- Credentials and account
- Mailbox credentials and OAuth tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Deleting the account in the app deletes its data immediately.
- Eight languages
- Interface in German, English and six more languages, with right-to-left layout for Arabic and Persian, in light and dark themes.
What it deliberately doesn’t do
- Never deletes an email on its own
- Sends no draft until you tap Send
- Needs no forwarding and no new address
- Never sees your Gmail or Outlook password
How it’s built
An app in React Native and Expo with TypeScript, TanStack Query and Zustand; a NestJS backend with Prisma and PostgreSQL, Redis and BullMQ. Mailboxes connect through the Gmail API, Microsoft Graph and ImapFlow. The briefing, writing help and unsubscribe detection run on a configured fallback chain across Anthropic Claude, OpenAI and Google Gemini. It runs on Docker Compose and Caddy on a server in Germany, deployed through GitHub Actions.
Operated and sold by Axenta GmbH.
