Mailinizer – the app that sorts your email

Mailinizer is the app that Axenta GmbH operates and sells to sort your email. It connects the Gmail, Outlook and IMAP mailboxes you already use, files every new message into a category and writes a daily briefing. This guide covers who it suits, what it does day to day and how to set it up.

Who Mailinizer suits

Mailinizer suits anyone who wants several mailboxes organized under one roof, without a new address and without forwarding. The app runs on Android, available through Google Play; an iOS version is in preparation.

Whoever opens a crowded inbox each morning benefits the most: Mailinizer does the filing and the summarizing for you, so you see what actually needs attention first instead of clicking through every message one by one.

What you do with it day to day

You connect Gmail and Outlook over OAuth, so the app never sees those passwords; other IMAP accounts such as Yahoo, iCloud or Fastmail connect with an app password. Every new email then gets a category, such as “Invoices & Receipts” or “Primary”. Sorting means labelling: the app adds labels and never deletes an email on its own.

At the hour you choose, Mailinizer writes a daily briefing: the replies you still owe, upcoming deadlines and what arrived overnight, on the Pro plan and during the trial. Your own rules label, categorize, star, mark as read or archive new email automatically, even with AI processing off, for example “sender contains billing → Invoices & Receipts”.

• Summaries and writing help: an AI summary of a single email with action items; while writing, refine, shorten, expand, translate or fix the grammar, with nothing sent until you tap Send.
• Files: attachments from every connected mailbox in one place, searchable by file name, filterable by sender and type, sortable by date or size.
• Eight languages: the interface in German, English and six more, with right-to-left layout for Arabic and Persian, in light and dark themes.

Every setting, including the choice about AI processing, can be changed at any time in the app without setting up the account again. The interface is available in German, English and more, in light and dark themes.

A choice made during setup

During setup, you choose whether AI processing runs. With it on, the sender, subject, up to about 3,000 characters of the body, and the names and types of attachments go to the AI providers OpenAI, Anthropic and Google; without it, only your rules sort. You can change the choice at any time in the settings, under “AI & Privacy”.

Unsubscribing, without losing anything

The app proposes unsubscribing from newsletters. When you tap, the request goes out at once. If you switch on automatic unsubscribing, the app waits 60 seconds before each automatic unsubscribe; until then you can undo it, and every unsubscribe is logged.

Where Mailinizer deliberately draws the line

Mailinizer draws a clear line between what can be noticed and undone, and what cannot. Labelling, starring and archiving belong to the first group, which is why the app handles them automatically. Deleting does not, so Mailinizer never deletes an email on its own. Nothing is sent on its own either: a draft only goes out once you tap Send yourself, and the app never sees your Gmail or Outlook password, because you connect both over OAuth.

How to get Mailinizer

Mailinizer is available on Google Play for Android. Install the app, connect your first mailbox and choose during setup whether AI processing should run. If you delete your account in the app, its data is deleted immediately.
